Divine Timing –
I have recently reconnected with a wonderful childhood friend –thank you Internet.
The joy of meeting up again is indescribable and of being able to see and speak to each other even though we are a continent away – thank you Skype.
The gratitude I feel knowing that we have so much to share and that, despite all the years in between and a million and one experiences under the bridge, we still “get” each other, and that the spark that fueled our friendship back then, that bonded our souls, still prevails – thank you God!
Over the years, we attempted to find each other time and time again – it just didn’t happen. We both had name changes due to marriage and career, thus one can only believe that it wasn’t the right time. Each of us apparently have been on a journey of self-realization – of becoming all we can be by releasing all we are not in profoundly different ways. But we are who we are as souls – that has not and cannot change.
The joy of catching those little nuances in speech and gestures still so familiar even though the bodies have packed on quite a few years, is wonderful. I feel so blessed and excited to share much, much more.
Ironically I also attended two memorials this past week and I was moved by the healing which transpired through individuals sharing their true feelings and emotions. These were not individuals I knew well by any means but lives to be honored. And now Robin Williams! As I added my prayers and blessings to the millions pouring forward in deep reverence to his enormous talent and the loss we feel collectively,
..I am reminded that this is a time like no other in all of humanity’s history, that our planet is transcending dimensionally, and that so many of us feel enormous pressure to be of service, to help lift our Brothers and Sisters all over the world, to make the leap into the new paradigm – a paradigm of compassion, forgiveness , harmony, peace and a love that we all so desperately want. May I suggest…
If there is someone you can forgive today – do it!
If there is something you can forgive yourself for – do it!
If there is someone or something you’ve complained about that, that you can now understand the higher purpose of why it or they have been in your life, thank it, thank them!
If there is someone you can tell today that you love them, someone you can open your heart to – do it!
In love and joy,
kay
