Go ahead, take in a well-deserved, beautiful deep breath! Now, let your mouth open a little and take another breath and notice how much deeper you can inhale. OK, now let your shoulders relax, take two more deep breaths and let out a sound – whatever sound wants to come out… come on, give yourself this gift.
Congratulations, you have just taken some basic steps towards meditation! You have taken a giant step for humankind. It’s true! When you do this, you engage in an act of responsibility for your personal health and well-being, not only for your sake, but for the sake of your loved ones and your co-workers, and you set the tone for many others to follow.
Let’s talk about sex. The way I see it, the act of engaging in sexual activity between two individuals, in love-making, in sensual interplay, is a privilege. However, if your heart isn’t engaged, you are sacrificing the opportunity to experience the Divine, your God-ness, through that connection. To meditate together and then to embark upon a sensual journey in spiritual union affords you the opportunity for soul growth, and to make a difference in the imbalance – the inharmonious frequency on our planet. Many men tell me that “sex” relieves their stress. But for how long? And, did you know, you may be unconsciously transferring your stress into the other person. Am I pushing buttons here? I am passionate about this because this issue has great impact on our global society: Unconscious sex may be more damaging than you can possibly imagine.
Believe me, there is nothing more important at this time in history! These are the changing times (some call them the End Times), when we get to decide consciously how we want our lives to be, how we want our world to be. Let’s choose to change our ways, to be caring and good stewards of ourselves, each other and our planet.
Please, no more excuses, you can do it! And, by the way, I’m sure you are aware of the trend with men (and some women) in their thirties and forties particularly, to get on their tread-mills and stay there until they drop from stress and suffer heart attacks. A vacation a year won’t suffice to relieve the stress, it requires a willingness to take some time every day, no matter how intense your schedule is.
So…
Breathe… meditate…
I have recorded three meditations to get you started – if this is new to you. These meditations were recorded in a pristine, mountainous region in California and have beautiful music in the background. They hold a strong healing and balancing frequency that may inspire and free you from old emotional patterns and conditioning.
